1. Course Fees

1. All course fees are clearly communicated before enrollment.
2. Fees once paid are non-transferable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

1. Course cancellation by Hash Computers
2. Duplicate payment made by mistake
3. Technical error during payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

1. The student has attended classes or accessed study materials
2. The course duration has already started
3. The refund request is made due to personal reasons
4. Certificates have been issued

4. Refund Process

1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
3. Refunds will be made through the original payment method

5. Decision Authority

The final decision regarding refunds rests with Hash Computers Management.
